Thenamaris Demand Management system
BPC completed the implementation and deployment of a Demand Management System for Thenamaris Ships Management. The system handles the full demand lifecycle, from the submission of proposals and their assessment via specialized metrics, to the management of the actual projects approved for implementation and reporting on their progress. The implementation of the Demand Management System was based on Microsoft’s SharePoint and Project Server software as well as on BPC PowerForms. The new Demand Management System was designed in collaboration with the Organizational Planning and IT Thenamaris departments.
