Large Scale EPM Project goes live |

Best Practice Consulting successfully completed the implementation of an EPM (Enterprise Project Management) solution for ETHNOPLAN, based on Microsoft Project Server 2007 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. The system handles all projects of the National Bank of Greece in the Balkans and has been brought live, with a virtualized farm architecture, for over 500 users. The solution handles the management of projects and BI reporting on them, as well as timesheet submission by project teams. It also implements project related processes and deliverable’s production based on a series of workflows that were implemented on the Nintex Workflow 2007 for SharePoint. The solution was designed in collaboration with ETHNOPLAN's PM office.
