Successful SharePoint project completion for Aldemar Hotels |

Best Practice Consulting successfully completed the implementation and deployment of a Workflow BPM and Document Management system for Aldemar Hotels & Spa, based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007. The major business requirement for centrally managed corporate documents in an intuitive and secure manner, in conjunction with the need to automate the departmental workflows and approve processes were incorporated into a corporate portal. The solution simplifies everyday tasks, enhances the possibilities for collaboration, while empowering corporate culture through social features. Combined with rich content the whole solution ranked very high in user acceptance and adoption. The project was designed and implemented by Best Practice Consulting in collaboration with Business and IT key-users from Aldemar Hotels & Spa. |
