Piraeus Bank signed off a support contract with Best Practice Consulting regarding the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.The SFA system is based on Oracle Siebel CRM enterprise platform and it is running on the production environment since November 2007. The selection of Best Practice Consulting was based on both its contribution in Piraeus Bank SFA project implementation and its prior experience on successful banking CRM projects. |
