Best Practice Consulting implemented an innovative merchandising management solution for Talanton SA. The solution, which is already in production offers an extranet platform that supports merchandising activities provided to Talanton's customers (for example Carrefour). The platform manages the full merchanidising life-cycle utilizing user-friendly on-line activity form submission for all managed stores and provides state of the art features like SMS based alerts and feedback content from merchandising agents.
